  • All of these packages will include a minimum of 10 hours of on the day coordination, valued at $100/hour = (6 hours day of your wedding or event + 4 hours prep)

  • It will include styling & items for hire - if we don't yet have it, we can source it!

  • ALL required flowers for your wedding or event.

  • A 2 hour brain storming session & consultation for yourself & partner (or another of your choice), to meet with our lead florist & on the day coordinator. 

  • Mood board of everything we discuss created for you so you know exactly how we'll make it a reality.

Appointment cost is $100 for 2 people. This price is payable upon meeting request availability. ( This fee will be taken off the total invoice price upon booking our services.)

From $5000 with Booking Fee of 30% required upon our availability to accept your request. ​We ONLY accept ONE event of this scale per week, to ensure EVERYTHING runs smoothly for your wedding or event. 

The above package will be itemised for the client with costs for each service:

  • Flowers

  • Styling/Hire

  • Coordination

  • Flowers will be subject to availability & will be at the lead florists choice to meet client's brief. 

  • Local Gold Coast delivery & Installation of one staff member at venue of all floral & styling. Outside this area or multiple locations will incur an additional charge

  • On the day coordination will be inclusive 4 hours prior to your event & 6 hours on site of one staff member on the day. Additional staff members will incur an additional charge at a per day rate. Additional charges may occur to events past 10 pm bump out time

  • Refundable bonds may apply to items hired for styling on the day. These refunds will only be issued once items have been returned clean & inspected. 

  • Minimum spend is $5000.00 - This can be used over all 3 services, flowers, styling/hire & coordination, however to use our team for styling or coordination, ALL florals must be booked with us also.
